Yep. This looks like a can’t miss.

The first trailer for Jon Stewart’s directorial debut, “Rosewater,” is finally here — and to say it’s harrowing would be an understatement.

“Rosewater” — which took Stewart off “Daily Show” duty last year — is an adaptation of London-based journalist Maziar Bahari’s memoir, “Then They Came for Me.” As you can see in the trailer, Bahari (Gael Garcia Bernal) was arrested and imprisoned for over 100 days back in 2009, after the Iranian elections. The film’s name comes from Bahari’s interrogator, who kept him blindfolded, but smelled distinctly of the stuff.
